SAWICKI SPEED INTIMIDATOR 2-INTO-1 EXHAUSTS FOR MILWAUKEE EIGHT TOURING

The Sawicki Speed Intimidator 2-into-1 exhaust system for Milwaukee Eight Touring models was developed to maximize horsepower and torque throughout the RPM range. Designed using extensive CAD development and testing, this system combines race-inspired engineering with excellent fit and finish. The stepped headers feed into a high-flow merge collector to optimize exhaust scavenging and maintain the ideal balance between exhaust velocity and backpressure. The result is improved performance across the entire powerband, whether used on a stock engine or a modified high-performance engine.
Designed and manufactured in the USA, the Intimidator delivers the aggressive styling, deep exhaust note and performance Sawicki Speed exhaust systems are known for.
 
Specifications:
• 1-7/8" head pipes stepped to 2" for improved exhaust flow
• Redesigned high-flow merge collector for optimized scavenging and performance
• Average gains of up to 10 horsepower and 12 ft-lb of torque over stock
• Lightweight construction, up to 27 lbs (12 kg) lighter than the original exhaust system

Note: All European models 2021 and later (Euro 5) require eliminators ZPN 744444 for the rear O2 sensor and digital tuning with Diag4Bike or similar to disable related CEL (Check Engine Light) and DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) warnings.
