Kibblewhite Precision Machining valve guides are made from the finest materials available. Every part is inspected during every operation. The outer diameter is machined with great precision to ensure roundness. Each part is then individually marked for easy storage. For every type of engine there is an oversized guide available for repair. The inner diameter is .001" smaller and must be reamed to the desired size for a perfect fit and long life. The C630 is an alloy of copper, nickel and aluminium. The high copper content provides excellent thermal qualities, the nickel makes it resistant, and the aluminium lends it hardness. This alloy allows a tighter clearance, creating a better seal, resulting in better oil control. The expansion characteristics of C630 make it ideal for aluminium cylinder heads. They are considered true gems. Sold individually.
