HASTINGS PISTON RING SETS - cast 3.498" +.030"

These ring sets are manufactured by Hastings, who also supply the original rings to Harley-Davidson. They are exactly the same rings that are fitted to all new bikes and those sold by Harley as spares. The faces of all rings are honed for easy seating to the cylinder wall. The "Flex-Vent" oil scraper, of exclusive design, is the easiest of all to install because it has no top or bottom side. The "Flex-Vent" oil scraper also ensures uniform pressure on the cylinder and positive oil control. Its open design gives 200% more drainage capacity over more conventional designs. Even with all these benefits, at Zodiac we have kept the cost of these rings low. Hastings rings are sold in sets for 2 pistons, except rings for XL 883 and XL 1100 Sportster Evolution which are sold in sets for 1 piston.
