ZARD Full 2:1 exhaust system H-D Softails - stainless steel E5+ / 25

The full Zard 2:1 exhaust for Harley-Davidson Softail models is designed to enhance the qualities of this iconic American Cruiser, offering a distinctive design, an exciting sound and improved performance.
Designed and hand-built in Italy, this complete exhaust kit includes stainless steel headers and silencer, with machined aluminium end cap and laser-cut stainless steel Zard plate, providing an exclusive aesthetic touch.
The exhaust also includes the stainless steel heat shield kit
Available in Euro 5+ homologated version and racing version, with satin or Cerakote® black finishes, a special high-temperature resistant ceramic coating that gives the exhaust a distinctive design.
Compared to the original exhaust, the Zard kit improves performance by +3.9 HP in the racing version and by +1.8 HP in the Euro 5+ homologated version, whilst also reducing the total weight by -1.1 kg / -2.4 lbs and -0.1 kg / -0.2 lbs respectively.
The sound is deep and more aggressive, ideal for enhancing the character of this exhaust.
Compatible with OEM panniers and passenger footrests.
The black finish includes only the silencer and heat shield.
