Additionally, the system incorporates a one-piece billet motor plate, a unique side cover, and a rear pulley cover, together with the starter housing. Each EV-575 kit includes the latest in clutch technology with its own patent-pending BDL Ball Bearing clutch. This new design offers 30% more contact surface, reduced lever effort, a smoother transition, super-quiet operation and flawless engagement.
