Over the years, Primo/Rivera have changed the construction of the stock replacement Pro-Clutches, as well as the Pro-Clutches supplied with the Brute Classic, Brute III and Brute IV belt drives. The early-style Pro-Clutch had a clutch hub with an integrated steel backing plate, the late-style Pro-Clutch has a separate hub and backing plate. Please note that the Pro-Clutches used for stock replacement and the Pro-Clutch supplied with a Primo belt drive are not the same.
