Hyperpro has dedicated years of extensive research and development to front forks, shock absorbers, springs and suspension systems. As a linear spring is often too stiff or too soft at the beginning and/or end of the stroke, the so-called single-rate progressive spring is an improvement, but remains a compromise between comfort and safety. The sudden change from soft to stiff is often considered a disadvantage and can cause 'speed wobbles'. Hyperpro devised an uncompromising solution: the 'Curved Link System Design' for springs. With this construction, a spring can be designed to meet all demands of modern motorcycle technology. Hyperpro provides a sensitive initial part of the stroke with a spring rate that increases smoothly for greater safety and anti-squat at the end of the stroke. Combined with the use of the highest quality materials and precision machining, this results in the best springs money can buy. Fork springs are manufactured to DIN-2095, class 1, are specially polished for minimal friction and carry a lifetime guarantee against breakage. Shock springs provide superior grip and road stability in all conditions and are rigorously tested on a computerised test bench and on the bike in question. They are available with a black or violet polyester surface and with the same technical standards as fork springs. Front fork kits come complete with springs, one litre of Hyperpro suspension fluid, a small tube of Hyperpro fork seal lubricant and a professional manual with suspension advice.
