BILLET ROCKER COVERS FOR SHOVELHEAD BY S&S - Spare parts, Gasket and O-ring kit

Their beauty alone would be reason enough to fit these billet rocker boxes for Shovelhead from S&S, but their well-engineered design offers a great number of advantages over the original cast iron models. CNC machined from 6061-T6511 billet aluminium, these boxes represent the ultimate in precision and stability. The top and bottom sections are sealed with Viton-type O-rings, which ensure leak-free operation. The 2-piece design also allows, depending on the chassis type, fitting/removal with the engine in place. The covers offer room for .590" valve lift when used with S&S rocker arms. The rocker shafts used are of straight design similar to Evolution shafts. Anyone who has had to renew the original shafts will know this represents a saving in time. Sold as sets of 2 complete rocker boxes with special O-rings, mounting material, and 4 rocker shafts. Used with original style cylinder head gaskets.
