KIBBLEWHITE HSS VALVE GUIDE REAMERS

Valve guide reaming is difficult and time-consuming work. The KPMI valve guide reamers are manufactured from first-quality hardened high-speed steel. The advertised finished reamer diameters are ground to: +/- .0002”. These spiral fluted reamers incorporate a 1.00" long reduced-diameter pilot that inserts into an unfinished guide bore to align the reamer with the valve guide centre line during the sizing process. These reamers have been specifically designed for KPMI manganese bronze and cast iron valve guides.
 
Note: Once a reamer has been used on Cast Iron, it is not recommended to use it subsequently on Manganese Bronze guides. Furthermore, these reamers are not suitable for Nickel Aluminium C630 Bronze guides, use
