The Zard “GT” exhaust for the Harley Davidson® Sportster S 1250 has been designed to give a new identity to the look of this modern power cruiser.
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, this 2 into 1 slip-on kit incorporates aerodynamic oval mufflers with diagonally cut carbon end caps, Cerakote® matt black finish and laser-etched Zard logo.
The Zard exhaust for Harley Davidson Sportster S 1250 is available in racing and Euro 5 homologated versions, both fitted with a dedicated dB-killer.
The Zard silencer kit for Harley Davidson Sportster S is lightweight (-4.1 kg / -9 lbs in the racing version and -3.9 kg / -8.6 lbs in the Euro 5 homologated version compared to the original silencers) and improves engine performance (+3.4 HP in the racing version and +1.7 HP in the homologated version compared to the OEM exhaust), delivering the unmistakable Zard sound.
To complete this Sportster S exhaust system, Zard has designed and produced an exclusive two-piece carbon heat shield that completely replaces the original plastic assembly and integrates perfectly with the bike's design, the result of extensive stylistic and aerodynamic research.
