"V-FORCE" HIGH-POWER AND MAINTENANCE-FREE BATTERIES BY YUASA - YTX14L-BS

V-Force maintenance-free batteries are high powered. The "BS" type batteries are supplied dry but complete with an easy-to-use high gravity battery acid pack. Once filled with this pack, the acid is absorbed by the plates and separators. The battery is then permanently sealed with the special cap that is included, and is ready for use. You never have to check the acid level again or top up with distilled water. The "FA" type batteries come factory activated, so the acid is not supplied in a bottle but is already inside. This battery has been tested with high compression and high displacement engines. Easily starts engines with 14:1 compression.
 
Note: These high-power batteries require a longer charging time than lead-acid batteries. You will need to ride for approximately 50 or 60 miles after starting to fully recharge the battery, or use a special charger such as our ZPN 760372, when the motorcycle is stationary. Some models will require a modification to the mounting system.
