The full Zard 2:1 exhaust system for Harley-Davidson Touring models is designed to enhance the qualities of this Grand American Touring, offering a distinctive design, exciting sound and improved performance.
Designed and hand-built in Italy, this complete exhaust kit includes stainless steel headers and silencer, solid machined aluminium end cap and laser-cut stainless steel Zard logo plate for a unique aesthetic touch.
The exhaust also includes the stainless steel thermal protector kit.
Available in Euro 5+ homologated and racing versions, with satin or black Cerakote® finishes, a special high-temperature resistant ceramic coating that enhances the exhaust design.
Compared to the original exhaust, the Zard kit is lighter: -5.8 kg / -12.8 lbs in the racing version and -4.8 kg / -10.6 lbs in the homologated version.
The larger diameter collectors improve power delivery, reduce operating temperature, and provide a deep sound, perfect for enhancing the riding experience.
Compatible with original panniers and passenger footrests.
