HEADLIGHT HOUSING CONVERSION FOR HERITAGE SOFTAIL AND FAT BOY

Convert your Heritage Softail or Fat Boy from the standard headlight "tins" to the later model headlight shell with this complete kit. Includes the two-piece chrome aluminium headlight shell with all the necessary mounting brackets, the front headlight nacelle, chrome sliding covers and covers for the lower triple tree and handlebar risers. This smart kit bolts directly onto the existing OEM triple trees on Heritage Softail and Fat Boy 1986-2006 with 1" handlebars. Bikes with 1 1/4" handlebars, Fat Boy 2007-2017 and Softail 2009-2017 require modifications. A wider front headlight trim ring that makes the headlight shell look even longer is available separately.
 
 Note: Motorcycles equipped with a windscreen bolted to the side of the front fork may require early-style windscreen mounts. On most windscreens, the headlight cut-out must be enlarged to accommodate the goggle. Motorcycles equipped with towers over 1.5" must be changed to low height, otherwise the handlebar clamp cover cannot be fitted.
