The Down-N-Out Saddlebags measure 6" longer and 2" wider than the original Arlen Ness Big Bags. They feature a patent-pending taper at the bottom of the bag that gives an extra 2 inches of ground clearance. On each bag, strategically placed hand-laid fibres provide the best structural integrity and maximum weight resistance. Without the final glossy gel coat for sanding and priming, each piece comes finished, primed with a high-quality polyester sanding primer and ready to paint. The Down-N-Out Saddlebags are designed to fit the factory lids and hardware (not included). The Down-N-Out extra-narrow mudguard is designed to be used and paired with the Down-N-Out saddlebags. Built from the same high-quality materials and ready to paint, it comes with hidden steel mudguard brackets and a flexible hidden antenna for a clean installation. It incorporates the chrome exhaust extensions and heat shields. The mudguard is available with a US number plate-size bracket, including a Ness/RWD lever with an LED number plate light kit, tail lights and indicator lights that mounts in the recessed area of the mudguard. Also available without the number plate bracket and tail light mounting.
