Galfer Disc Wave® brake discs are the most popular. Thanks to their larger braking track perimeter, they improve cooling capacity and allow even wear of the brake pads. They undergo a cathodic electro-plating treatment to prevent corrosion. In the case of floating discs, they offer an improvement in weight reduction, and there are two variants: those with a high-strength anodised aluminium centre (7075 T6 - 6082 T6) and those with a steel core (AISI 420).
