MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) 0.027" thick. Consists of a top and bottom layer of stamped stainless steel with both faces coated with a 250°C high-temperature resistant polymer rubber layer. The inner ring is also stainless steel. The gasket layers are riveted together, outside the gasket surface, for easy installation. The outer layers are stamped and both faces coated with a 250°C resistant polymer rubber layer. MLS cylinder head gaskets eliminate the use of alignment pin O-rings.
