The low-restriction finned core baffles come pre-installed. They include virtually invisible full-coverage 3 inch heat shields, keeping the 2-1/2" diameter muffler bodies free from discolouration.

PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology consists of high flow chambered catalytic converters. They are used to increase mid-range torque for faster acceleration from a standstill. They are positioned downstream to reduce heat by up to 20% at the footpegs/floorboards and 50% in the header, optimising rider comfort compared to the stock system.
PCX™ technology uses a high-flow dual-matrix catalyst that improves mid-range torque delivery for faster acceleration. All this while producing a deeper, more powerful roar, without compromising the style of any Vance & Hines exhaust system.
