The Vance & Hines Hi-Output Adventure 500 is the highest capacity exhaust made by Vance & Hines, built with a high-quality 5-inch diameter 304 stainless steel tube. The system features a workshop-style brushed finish, a CNC-machined forged aluminium end cap, a black heat shield, a stainless steel mid-pipe and a set of spring clamps, weighing less than the stock exhaust. The stepped exhaust offers smooth, manageable torque across the entire power range. The perforated core end cap design with glass-wrapped core delivers a throaty yet smooth sound, whilst still meeting SAE J2825 sound level standards. In addition, the system is 50-state emissions compliant.
