.025" MLS (Multi-Layer Steel).
MLS consists of a top and bottom layer of stamped stainless steel, with both sides coated with a 250°C high-temperature resistant polymer rubber layer. The inner ring is also stainless steel. The gasket layers are riveted together, outside of the gasket surface, for ease of installation. The outer layers are stamped and both sides coated with a 250°C resistant polymer rubber layer. MLS cylinder head gaskets eliminate the use of alignment pins with o-rings.
