Used to remove and install the swingarm bushing set (also known as cleve blocks) (MCS 996483 / OEM 47556-81) found on the swingarms of rubber-mounted Touring and FXR models. Damage to the bushing set during installation is prevented by applying pressure gently and distributing it evenly on the outer sleeve. The tool can be used with or without a press.
