High-performance centrifugal clutch, race-compatible. The key advantage over other high-performance clutches: no need to operate the clutch lever in heavy traffic or when waiting at a stationary traffic light. Otherwise, it functions identically to a standard clutch. As engine RPM increases, the clutch engages automatically; from that point onwards, it operates like a conventional clutch. Engagement RPMs are adjustable, and an adjustment card with instructions is included. The clutch is supplied in the 'Medium' setting. Available settings are 'Low' (< 850 RPM), 'Medium' (850-1050 RPM), 'High' (1050-1150 RPM) and 'Very High' (> 1150 RPM). Above these RPMs, the clutch lever remains fully functional; to change gear, operate the clutch as with a standard clutch. The clutch disengages below certain RPMs, allowing you to start and stop in gear without using the clutch lever and preventing accidental jerks. This clutch system was initially developed for motocross, enduro and adventure motorcycles, primarily to prevent accidental jerks on uneven terrain, allowing the rider to focus entirely on the bike, the trail and the race. Road conditions may vary, but it performs equally well and is a blessing when navigating heavy traffic. No modifications to standard parts are required. Rekluse sleeves eliminate wear and chatter in the clutch basket. The TorqDrive system allows more discs to be installed in less space, adding six additional friction discs compared to the standard kit. These friction plates offer up to 50% greater clutch holding capacity, all without requiring stronger springs or a special locking device.
