Used to hold the hydraulic tappets (hydraulic lifters) in the tappet bores when removing the camshaft, or to pull the tappets up and out of the engine. The tool is adjustable, allowing deeper penetration, without needing to push the tappet up to find the magnet. The strong magnets allow the tappet blocks and tappets to be removed as a unit on Evolution engines. Helps prevent hydraulic tappets from being accidentally swapped to another tappet bore position, ensuring the best tappet performance. Made in the USA.
