It is placed between the chain and the sprocket to prevent rotation of the wheel, chain and sprockets. A great help for any job where the wheel must not turn. Can also be used to pull the wheel backwards against the chain tensioners before tightening the rear wheel axle. Lightweight CNC machined aluminium construction for use in the field or at home/workshop.
