Motion Pro, suspension pivot press tool

This is a maintenance tool for front forks and rear shock absorbers. Used to firmly hold the front fork slider tube for maintenance tasks such as changing oil and seals. It also holds the rear shock absorber, whether on the body, shaft or reservoir, for maintenance work such as removing the spring, piston shaft, seal head, etc.
- Designed to simplify and speed up suspension servicing.
- Holds shock absorbers and forks firmly whilst you change the oil, revalve or replace the seals.
- The pivoting head holds workpieces in any position, with mechanical stops every 45 degrees.
- The bench vice with soft aluminium jaws holds cylindrical parts using a 4-point clamping system.
- The large side holds parts from 40 mm to 61 mm in diameter.
- The small side holds parts from 16 mm to 34 mm in diameter.
- The steel frame is rigid but has a reduced footprint, with 4 pre-drilled holes in the base for secure mounting on the workbench.
- Mobile tray to catch fluids with mesh insert and threaded drain plug.
- HOW IT WORKS WITH FORKS - - The fork mount with soft jaws holds the slider tube raised up for removal of the dust seal and the seal retaining clip.
- The repositionable lower slide bar keeps the forks compressed during air bleeding (cartridge charging) during assembly and is an excellent platform for adding, adjusting and taking fork oil level measurements.
- Can be used to help remove the compression valve assembly (requires use of the original front axle).
- HOW IT WORKS WITH REAR SHOCKS - - Firmly holds the shock around the body, rod or reservoir.
- Facilitates removal of the piston pin and seal head.
- Facilitates the removal of the reservoir caps, chamber pistons or the bladder.
- Holds the shock absorber to extract ball or needle bearings.
- Holds the shock absorbers for shock absorber spring removal.
