For Burly 14" apehanger handlebars. Black cables. Installing tall handlebars generally requires a longer throttle cable, clutch cable, brake line and wiring extensions. Burly put together these model-specific kits for their Apehanger bars. Everything needed is included, no more, for a quick and hassle-free handlebar conversion. Where lines can/should be reused in specific applications, this will be noted in the Burly installation instructions included with each extension kit.
