FOR HYDRAULIC CHAIN TENSIONER CONVERSION UPGRADE
The complete FEULING cam chest kits include all the necessary components from the top to the bottom of the chest, conveniently packaged under a single part number (#). These combined kits not only ensure that every individual part is designed to work and function together, but that they do so in perfect harmony. These cam chest kits remove uncertainty from the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimum performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.
HP+ Complete Conversion Kits include: HP+ high-volume oil pump, high-flow cam plate, REAPER Series conversion camshaft, HP+ hydraulic roller rocker arms, one-piece pushrods, hydraulic tensioners, sprockets, roller chains, camshaft sprocket spacers, Timken camshaft bearings, gaskets, O-rings, exhaust gaskets, ARP fasteners, washers, molybdenum paste, Loctite and fasteners.
The cam chest kits are available in FEULING HP+ and RACE SERIES combinations, and with gear or chain driven REAPER camshafts. Compatibility available for '99-'17 Twin Cam engines. Engine temperatures 25-35 degrees cooler, oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler, 15-30 pounds more oil pressure, quieter and smoother engine running, eliminates wet sumping, blow-by and oily air filters.
UPGRADE YOUR OLD MECHANICAL STYLE CAMS AND TENSIONERS TO THE NEW HYDRAULIC STYLE TENSIONER SYSTEM
Conversion camshafts for Twin Cam '99-'06 engines. These camshafts use the '99-'06 inner journals with the '07-'16 outer journals, allowing the use of '07-'16 camplates, the oil pump, hydraulic chain tensioners and the chain drive system.
543 CAMS - The 'Freeway Flyer', an excellent camshaft for those who want more top-end power than our 525 camshaft without sacrificing low-end torque. The extremely smooth cam design keeps the valvetrain quiet and produces the smoothest cruising powerband available. Excellent bolt-in camshaft for stock to mild 96" and 103" engines, and it works well in 88" and 95" engines. This camshaft is easy starting, increases throttle response and fuel performance. Responds well to increased compression ratio, high-performance exhausts and high-flow air filters. High-performance valve springs are required on '99-'04 engines, and high-performance pushrods and rocker arms are recommended but not mandatory. RPM 1,900 - 6,000
