- Yumicron batteries feature a special 'Sulphate Stop' chemical formula. When a battery remains in a near-discharged state, a crystalline material forms on the surface of the plates. This causes increased resistance to conductivity and prevents the battery from storing a full charge. The 'Sulphate-Stop' formula drastically reduces the build-up of sulphate crystals on the plate surfaces and increases service life.
- Note: This conventional lead-acid battery needs to be filled with electrolyte (a mixture of sulphuric acid and water) before use. Motorcycle Storehouse does not supply electrolyte for batteries.
