Innovative PCX™ technology from Vance & Hines: More power and less heat.
PCX™ technology (Power Chamber Exhaust) is technically high-flow catalytic converters with chambers. They are used to increase mid-range torque for more responsive acceleration from a standstill. They are positioned downstream to reduce heat at the footrests / pegs by up to 20% and 50% less heat at the header, optimising rider comfort compared to the original system.
Technical tip: Pre-2021 US silencers on a 2021-24 EU Softail and Touring Gen1 21-25?
The FuelPak FPX (part number 724851) allows you to deactivate the second O2 sensor in the silencer or in the balance pipe of the crossover section, without triggering fault codes. This will allow you to use earlier/US-model exhaust silencers that are not fitted with an O2 sensor connection.
