The kits include 6 gears, 2 shift clutches and 2 forks. High-quality nickel alloy steel, tempered and shot-peened. The 2.44/1.1.23 ratios are usually best suited to lighter bikes (lower RPM at higher speed), whilst the 2.60/1.35 ratio offers better pull-away at traffic lights for heavier bikes such as the Electra (higher RPM at lower speed). Additional items may be required, sold separately.
Note: A lower gear ratio number means lower RPM. Knowing this, you can choose the gear combination that best suits your needs.
