Direct fit, but requires high lift springs.
RPM range: 2,250-5,900.
Aggressive pulling power with an aggressive sound. This camshaft ramps over faster than the 521 profile, has a more aggressive sound and pulls harder, but is more difficult to tune. This Reaper 508 profile will excel in 114 and larger engines with an increased compression ratio. Milled heads are not required, but they will complement the camshaft and add even more pulling power across the range. The stock throttle body produces an excellent power band, and using a high-flow throttle body will increase peak power figures. A high-flow exhaust system and air filter are strongly recommended for optimum performance.
Note: Requires high lift on stock cylinder heads.
Note: Compatible with SE heads as they come equipped with high lift springs as standard.
Note: Camshaft specifications measured in the engine with the tappet at 0.050 using the standard 1.61 rocker arm ratio.
