Locking plate, Springer fork stem nut with negative offset. Chrome

For Springer forks with negative offset (the fork legs are angled further back than the stem). Fits over the centre piece, locking in and concealing the holes in the centre piece for a smooth finish. Used in combination with old-style OEM handlebars. Not available for Springer forks with positive rake.
