0.060" thickness. AFM (Aluminium Foam Material). AFM gaskets are made with an aluminium core and a fine-foam-type, chemically expanded and compounded nitrile synthetic rubber layer, bonded to both sides. Resistance to temperatures above 250°F (122°C). AFM rubber features 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. No re-tightening, gasket sealants or silicone beads required.
