They are permanent mould castings, all in new moulds, and finished with tooling made to our specifications, using the latest technology available for pistons. The material used for the casting is low-expansion aluminium, machined to size and coated with a tin layer to aid running-in. We believe these are the best pistons on the market when you compare value for money. Standard compression ratio. The pistons are supplied complete with wrist pin and clips. All pistons, except those for XL 883 models, are packed and sold one per box. Fit them with Hastings or Total Seal piston rings. XL 883 pistons are sold in sets of two and come complete with rings.
