0.560" valve lift. The kit includes two chain-driven camshafts. The cam drive installation kit, which includes cam cover gasket, camshaft bearings and retaining ring, can be ordered separately as S&amp;S 503593. The cams can be used with standard hydraulic tappets.
For well-built 95-103 inch engines with a compression ratio of 10.2 to 10.5 and head work. Over 100 horsepower is within reach. Modified exhaust pipes. Use high-lift valve springs. 2700-6500+ RPM.
Note: Owners of 1999 Twin Cams must purchase the 00-06 style splined drive gear separately (503575 Andrews). The 00-06 models can re-use the stock 34-tooth drive gear.
Note: When using 99-06 chain-drive cams for high-lift applications, it is recommended to upgrade to gear drive or convert to 06-up hydraulic chain tensioners.
