James, engine gasket and seal kit. XR1000

The kit includes all gaskets, seals and O-rings necessary for the engine and primary chain cover.
Note: XR1000 models do not require a head gasket. Originally, the steel (iron) cylinders and high-performance aluminium heads are bolted together without using any type of head gasket. For this reason, James Gaskets does not offer head gaskets.
Note: Some apply spray paint to the gasket surface as an additional sealant. This is not a factory solution and is not recommended; do so at your own risk.
