At Antuña Kustom we manufacture bespoke motorcycle parts using our own technology: 3D scanning, CAD modelling, 3D printing, CNC machining and laser cutting and engraving. If the spare part is no longer manufactured, or if you want a part that does not exist, we make it.
What machinery do we work with?
Our manufacturing workshop features Revopoint 3D scanners, 3D printing for prototyping and validation, HAAS VF-3 and VF-4 CNC machining centres and HAAS ST-20Y (with Y-axis and live tooling) and TL-2 lathes, as well as laser cutting and engraving. It is industrial-grade machinery within a motorcycle workshop: we can go from scanning your part to final machining without leaving our premises in Murcia.
How is a part that no longer exists manufactured?
The process is reverse engineering: we 3D scan the original part (even if broken or worn), reconstruct its exact geometry in CAD correcting for wear, 3D print a prototype to validate the fit on the bike, and CNC machine the final part in the appropriate material — aluminium, steel, stainless steel or brass. The result is a new part with the original dimensions, something particularly valuable in classic Harley restorations where spare parts have been discontinued for decades.
What types of parts can we make?
- Discontinued parts for classic motorcycles, reproduced by reverse engineering.
- Unique custom parts: covers, mounts, towers, trims, footrests.
- Adapters and mounts for fitting components from other motorcycles or brands.
- Sheet metal laser cutting and templates, and custom laser engraving (logos, numbering, textures) on metal.
- Functional improvements: CAD-redesigned parts to correct original defects.
Harley only?
No: we manufacture for any brand and also parts outside the motorcycle world. The combination of 3D scanning + CAD + CNC + laser in a single motorcycle workshop is very uncommon in Spain, allowing us to control the entire process without intermediaries.
Collection and delivery of your motorcycle to your home
We offer home collection and delivery of motorcycles in Murcia, Alicante, Cartagena, Elche, Orihuela and throughout the Levante, with date and time to be agreed. If you cannot come to the workshop, we collect your bike, carry out the work and return it ready. Please check availability when booking your appointment.

Frequently asked questions
Can you copy a broken part?
Yes. 3D scanning captures the existing geometry and CAD modelling reconstructs the damaged areas based on the symmetry and functional dimensions of the part.
What materials do you work with?
Primarily aluminium, steel, stainless steel and brass; also technical plastics depending on the part’s use.
Do you produce series or only single units?
Both: from single parts for a restoration to small batches for tuners or workshops.
