KB Performance piston kit, Twin Cam 96"/103" to 110". STD

Forged piston kit for big bore conversion. Used to convert 96" (3-3/4" bore) and 103" (3-7/8" bore) engines to 110" (4" bore). With dished crowns. Compatible with all stock cylinder heads, 96" and 103" with 85cc chambers, and SE, MVA and CVO with 95cc chambers.
9.5:1 compression ratio with stock 96"/103" 85cc cylinder heads.

Note: Does not work as a direct fitment with H-D OEM 4" big bore conversion cylinders on OEM 96" and 103" crankcases. The cylinders will collide with a small step in the crankcase. Clearance between the piston skirt and the crankcase at bottom dead centre must also be checked. Crankcases with a large cast protrusion, just below the area machined for the cylinder liner, must be machined to ensure proper clearance between the piston skirt and the crankcase. This applies to the front and rear exhaust sides of the crankcase.
Note: Will not fit 110" CVO models.
Note: All KB forged pistons come equipped with offset wrist pins. The piston has a front and a rear, and must be installed in the correct position. Refer to the installation instructions provided with each piston set before installation.
