S&S, large capacity cylinder and piston kit 96" 3-5/8"

Natural aluminium finish. Dependable performance. That is why the S&S 96" kit has been the most popular high-performance choice for decades. Fits 1984 to 1999 Evolution Big Twin models with 4-5/8" stroke engine flywheels. Includes 3-5/8" Big Bore cylinders with +.015" extra length (no special sleeve required), forged pistons, piston rings, piston pins and cylinder head and base gasket set. Compression ratio 9.75:1. Good engine life expectancy.
Note: The crankcase spigots must be machined for 3-5/8" cylinders. The 4-5/8" stroke engine flywheels (such as MCS 512363) with the corresponding pinion shaft and sprocket shaft must be purchased separately where necessary. Please note that 1989 to 1999 models are equipped with the one-piece pinion shaft/sprocket shaft construction.
Note: 1990 to 1999 models will require an S&S sprocket conversion kit, such as 904148.
