FEULING precision-machined high-flow water-cooled oil pumps are a must for the M8 engine. The increased oil volume generated by the larger gears and correctly sized passages, together with the pressure relief valve seat and seal of these pumps, are essential for the correct operation of the lubrication system. FEULING oil pumps eliminate the common pressure and scavenging problems associated with the factory lubrication system.
These oil pumps feature a precision machined pressure relief valve and bore. Every oil pump is bench tested; the relief valve is seated and sealed at a minimum of 30 psi, with full opening at 55-60 psi.
FEULING oil pumps require the use of the Feuling 588056 high-flow cam plate; the combination increases oil flow to and from the engine with corrected clearances, larger oil galleries and larger gerotor gears. Reduces engine and oil temperatures, increases oil pressure volume and suction volume on the return side to reduce oil build-up in the crankcase.

Due to the large volume of calls and enquiries requesting the O-ring/seal groove for the M8 oil pump rear cover, we have added the groove! (11/05/21). Although Feuling's in-house testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with increased cylinder compression loss, poor sub-seal O-ring, elevated crankcase bore and/or crankcase plug (see M8 PRO TIP below) and wider clearances between the lifter bore and lifter.
Race Series oil pumps:

OIL LEVEL NOTE - DO NOT OVERFILL THE OIL TANK It is important to obtain the correct hot oil level on your bike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% when hot.
Note: The M8 oil sump is on the right-hand side of the engine. Letting the bike idle or warm up on the side stand will naturally fill the sump and distort the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorcycle whilst it is in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading) 4. Once the motorcycle is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
