Sportster kingsize petrol tank 79-82, 3.1 gallons

Fuel tank with OEM styling but wider for extra capacity over the original peanut tank. Fuel tap on the right-hand side. Compatible with pre-83 bayonet-style petrol caps. Approximate dimensions: 40 cm long x 26 cm wide x 20.5 cm high. This is the Kingsize version of the smaller OEM 61097-79 fuel tank.
Note: Pressure, sealing and cold-fit testing of all tanks is recommended before painting and installing them. Some tanks are painted, but this coat is applied solely to prevent oxidation during storage.
