Progressive suspension 990 series remote reservoir shock absorbers - 13"

Progressive Suspension claims these are the most adjustable shocks in the V-Twin market. They feature full adjustability with a 0.4" adjustable-length eyelet, rebound damping adjustment, High & Low-speed compression damping adjustment via easily accessible knobs and hand-threaded adjustable spring preload. They also feature a high-pressure monotube with deflected-disc damping routed through two unique circuits that provide a consistent feel through the shock's travel for improved performance and stability. The newly designed and improved rebound bumper features a captured design to help soften and control bottoming out. The shocks come with brackets to install the remote reservoirs in front of the hard luggage. Brackets to install the reservoirs on the top covers of the rear mudguard struts on Touring 2009 and later are available as accessories. Shocks with Heavy-Duty springs are recommended for riders weighing more than 110kg or for those who ride with a passenger most of the time. Each shock is hand-built, tuned and dynamometer-tested. Designed for aggressive sport riders, the 990 sets the standard for excellence on your V-Twin motorcycle.
