Proressive rear shock absorbers for Milwaukee Eight Softail - Monoshock PS465 309mm black ST18-up

Progressive Suspension 465 Series shock absorbers for 2018 and later Softail models with Monoshock Cantilever rear suspension feature 5-step adjustable rebound damping and adjustable spring preload. For those wishing to adjust spring preload without tools, we also offer versions with Remote Adjustable Preload (RAP). This allows adjustment with a simple knob turn. The mounting eyes feature spherical bearings, whereas OEM shock absorbers use a rubber bush and needle bearing at these points. Utilising a large 46mm diameter and a deflective disc piston for precise damping. The robust 16mm hardened chrome shaft is fitted with custom Viton seals for frictionless, leak-free operation. The 465 is customised for each application and fully optimised for every motorcycle, from spring damping and rate to rebound bump stop, resulting in superior suspension compliance. For those who frequently travel with a pillion and/or large luggage, these shock absorbers are also available in a heavy-duty version with higher-rate springs fitted. These shock absorbers fit all Softail models from 2018 onwards, allowing you to choose the reserve length. A shock 10-12mm shorter will reduce ride height by 1"; 24mm shorter will reduce ride height by 2"; a shock 10-12mm longer will increase ride height by 1"; 24mm longer will increase ride height by 2".
