The EZ-install pushrods can be fitted without removing the rocker covers or fuel tanks, a major advantage when switching to a direct-fit camshaft. Available in chromoly steel and aluminium. The chromoly steel pushrods are thinner and offer greater resistance to flexing than aluminium ones. Aluminium is lighter and reduces inertial mass. However, for heavy-duty use such as racing and/or high-lift camshafts with high-pressure springs, chromoly steel pushrods are recommended.
