Arlen Ness, M8 Velocity 90° air filter kit. Black

Full black anodised finish. Maximising airflow through the filter requires a large filtration surface. However, a huge filter was not viable; it had to be small and highly effective. This is where the Arlen Ness designers began. By adding the inner surface of the air cleaner to the outer one, the filtration area is greatly increased. With the radiused, integrated air inlet, this air cleaner showed some of the highest flow figures ever tested by Ness. The final look gives the air cleaner the appearance of a very small, custom and attractive velocity stack that effectively draws in air from all sides while also providing extra legroom. The filter elements are made of synthetic material. They are water-resistant, so a rain sock is generally not required. The filters are reusable; simply rinse, clean and refit. No oiling required.
Note: The breather design is O-ring sealed at the heads, passes through the support plate and locates inside the throttle body/carburettor mouth. This eliminates external breather hoses so nothing detracts from the clean look.
Note: Not compatible with the 64 mm Stage 4 throttle body.
