Arlen Ness, Stage 2 oval air filter kit. Chrome

Chrome finish. Precision manufactured by CNC machining from forged aluminium. This Stage 2 oval air filter does not feature a closed-face design, unlike most. It features an extra open side face filter for maximum air intake, without losing its low profile, thus guaranteeing ample legroom. The high-flow pleated cotton filtering element comes pre-oiled with black oil and is washable for prolonged service. It offers excellent filtration but also a very high airflow; with air entering from multiple sides, the large intake volume is especially beneficial for high-performance engines. The kit is complete and includes all gaskets and the hardware required for trouble-free installation.
- Washable / reusable air filter - Low-profile design for ample leg room - Radius-design backplate designed to boost power and torque through unobstructed airflow - Includes backplate assembly, filter element, outer cover assembly and necessary installation hardware.
Note: See 709182 for the optional rain sock / pre-filter for extreme weather conditions such as rain or dust.
