Used on M8 models equipped only with the OEM oval backplate / Screamin' Eagle 'Ventilator'. This Stage 2 high-performance air filter kit has it all: performance and style. It does not reduce legroom as the filter height has been increased, not the width. The filter cover, spacers and clamps are CNC machined from forged aluminium and anodised for lasting beauty. Comes with a high-flow filter with black pre-oiled cotton media, offering over 50% more filtering area than the original paper filters and a substantially higher flow rate. Dynamometer testing showed a gain of up to 3 HP on stock M8s, up to 5 HP on large displacement 124" M8s and more can be expected on larger engines.
Note: Requires an OEM H-D / Screamin' Eagle Ventilator oval backplate, which is not included.
