This adapter allows the fitting of 'open centre' spoke-mounted brake rotors, as used on 2014 and later Touring models, to 'old style' standard 5-bolt H-D hubs used on many custom steel or forged wheels. Made from forged aluminium and precision CNC machined. Includes hub mounting hardware.
