High-quality alternative to OEM starter motors
Many OEM starter motors feature an unprotected output needle bearing; moisture can enter the engine cover and reach the bearing, causing corrosion.
Rick's takes an extra step by fitting a doubly sealed ball bearing, with the output shaft seal outside the bearing in its new aftermarket unit.
This simple engineering application protects the outer bearing against water ingress and allows the sealed bearing to be replaced.
