BDL, 3" BDL Street-Drive belt drive kit for external shaft

Includes outer support bearing. This belt drive kit is basically identical to BDL's excellent standard 3" open electric starter kits. The difference lies in BDL's outer bearing support system, for added strength and rigidity. Includes BDL ball bearing lock-up clutch and a 72-47 drive ratio.
Note: On 86-88 Softail models originally equipped with the old-style 'separate solenoid' starter, modifications are required. These include the transmission case (enlarging the starter hole to 2-1/8") and modification of the clutch release arm to fit the later-style starter (91 onwards) required for this kit.
