Polished stainless steel. Suitable for 1" diameter handlebars. Classic cast steel riser set with a one-piece ribbed top clamp featuring the Biltwell logo. The one-piece top clamp adds extra torque strength when fitting tall handlebars. Includes a 1 3/4" riser and 3 1/2" centre-to-centre spacing, as on most H-D models. Threaded 1/2-13.
